Heat Treatment Workshop

We have multiple different heat treatment equipment for required heat treatment and meeting different technical requirements, inciuding 20 large tempering fumaces and large tempering pool to handle all heat treatment processas such as softening annealing, normalizing, oll quenching and water quenching.
The exqulsite craft onsures that our P20 hardness difference is minimized,e.g. the hardness difference below thickness 500mm is HRC±1, the hardness difference of thickness from 500mm to 650mm is HRC±1.5, and the hardness difference of thickness from 650mm to 850mm is HRC2.
